By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Educational Services and Enrollment

SBS Knowledge Services provides professional training in Data Analytics, SQL, Python, Excel, and AI. By enrolling in a course, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Abide by the code of conduct during online and offline sessions.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including course materials, videos, presentations, and code repositories), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SBS Knowledge Services and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without explicit written consent.

4. Refund Policy

Course enrollments are subject to our specific refund policy outlined during the checkout process. Generally, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of course commencement, provided that less than 20% of the course material has been accessed.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SBS Knowledge Services, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
